On 23 October 2026, a 205/55 R16 tyre, a common sedan size, was listed at about AED 202 to AED 703 per tyre, fully fitted, across three UAE online retailers. Chinese budget brands sat at the bottom of that range, and premium and run-flat tyres at the top. For the larger 265/65 R18 SUV size, one retailer listed AED 308 to AED 1,217 per tyre.
These are prices we saw on the sellers' own pages on one day. They are a dated snapshot to help you judge a quote, not a recommendation to buy any brand or from any shop. Prices move with stock, promotions and the production year of the tyre.

How we collected these prices
We opened each retailer's listing page for the size on 23 October 2026 and noted the brand, model, load and speed index, production year, origin (where shown) and the per-tyre price. All three sellers describe their price as "fitted". Each lists the same inclusions: VAT, fitting, balancing, a new standard rubber valve, delivery to the fitter and disposal of the old tyre. tire.ae and Dial-A-Tire add that bead-lock wheels are excluded from standard fitting.
Limits worth knowing:
- PitStopArabia showed 47 results for 205/55 R16; we captured 43 with prices.
- Dial-A-Tire showed 19 results; we captured the first page of 12.
- tire.ae showed a first page of 12 results; further pages were not captured.
- For 265/65 R18, only PitStopArabia's page was captured. The other two sellers' pages for that size could not be loaded this session, so that size has one source only.

All figures are AED per tyre, fitted. No single seller was lowest on every line. The gap for the same tyre ran from about AED 4 to about AED 127.
One detail to watch: on Dial-A-Tire, the set-of-four price for some tyres (for example the Doublestar and the Kumho models) equalled three single tyres, which reads like a promotion. On others, such as the Michelin and Goodyear, it was four times the single price. Check what the set price includes before comparing.
265/65 R18 tyre price in the UAE (one source)
265/65 R18 is a common size on large SUVs. Check your own door placard before shopping, because sizes vary by grade and model year.
PitStopArabia listed 37 tyres in this size on 23 October 2026, per tyre, fitted:

Why the production year changes the price
Several listings show the same model twice, once for each production year, at different prices. On PitStopArabia on 23 October 2026:
- Michelin Primacy 5 (205/55 R16): AED 519.47 for 2025 stock, AED 597.71 for 2026 stock.
- Bridgestone Dueler A/T D693 (265/65 R18): AED 694.32 for 2025, AED 1,065.28 for 2026.
- Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 114H (265/65 R18): AED 568.38 for 2025, AED 697.57 for 2026.
Note that the load index or speed rating can also differ between two listings of one model, so compare the full size line, not just the name.
A cheaper, older tyre is not automatically a bad deal. But the UAE treats tyres as expired five years from manufacture, used or not, so a 2025 tyre has less legal life left than a 2026 one. Our guides on the 5-year rule and reading the date code explain how to check.
Worked example: what four tyres cost
Say your sedan takes 205/55 R16 and you want four Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance tyres made in 2025. Using the 23 October 2026 listings:
- tire.ae: 4 × AED 330.00 = AED 1,320.00
- Dial-A-Tire: 4 × AED 363.00 = AED 1,452.00
- PitStopArabia: 4 × AED 371.28 = AED 1,485.12
That is a spread of AED 165 for the same set on the same day. Wheel alignment was not part of the fitted price at any of the three, so budget for it separately if your fitter recommends it.
What a garage may add on top
If you buy from a walk-in garage that quotes the tyre alone, the extras can add up. A March 2026 comparison by PitStopArabia, a retailer with an interest in the answer, gave these Dubai ranges per tyre: fitting AED 40 to 80, balancing AED 50 to 100, valve AED 20 to 40, and disposal AED 20 to 50. It put a full four-wheel alignment at AED 100 to 300. Ask any shop for a fully fitted, VAT-inclusive price per tyre so you can compare like with like. What about cheaper used tyres?
Selling tyres that have been removed from a vehicle has been banned in the UAE since September 2012, with export allowed. A Gulf News report (last updated 2018) found used tyres still on sale in Sharjah's industrial area at AED 50 to 150 each, and AED 100 to 200 in Dubai. That price does not make them legal or safe. - Get a fitted price per tyre that includes VAT, fitting, balancing, valve and disposal.
- Compare the exact size line, including load index and speed rating, across shops.
- Ask for the production year and check the date code on the tyre before it is fitted.
- Check your door placard or manual for the correct size for your grade.

Are tyre prices the same at every UAE shop?
No. For the same model and year we saw gaps of a few dirhams up to about AED 125 per tyre between retailers on the same day. Prices also change with promotions.
